Application Process

Before you begin the online application, please prepare the following documents in PDF, PNG or JPG format (file size < 5MB).

Bank Receipt of the application fee $40 (For payment by bank transfer only, you can also choose to pay by credit cards)

Please read the following application guidelines:

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled in.
You will receive a verification code to verify your email address. After verification, you may proceed to fill in the application form, if you wish to temporarily save your information before you complete the application procedure, you may click the ‘SAVE’ button on the right hand side of the page and you will be able to retrieve your information with your registered email, your child’s date of birth and birth certificate registration number.
After you have submitted the online application, you will not be able to amend any information provided on the online application form. If you wish to make any amendments, please email the school at info@sophiekg.edu.hk.
An acknowledgement email will be sent to you within 1 day. Please check the information in the email to make sure it is correct. Please contact the school if you do not receive the acknowledgement email within 1 day. We recommend adding our email address to your contact list to avoid future correspondence being blocked.
We accept payments by credit cards or bank transfer.
Application fees cannot be refunded or transferred.
Personal Information Collection Statement: The personal information collected will be used for the purpose of processing your application and marketing communications by our school.It will not be disclosed or transferred to the third parties.

Notes

Applications will be processed upon receipt of the application fee.
After receiving the application, you will receive and acknowledgement by email within 7 working days. An Interview date and time will be sent by post. If you have not received any acknowledgement from the school within this period, please contact the school office.
If your child is enrolled in our SSIT programme, the admission interview will be conducted during class time. You will be notified of the date at a later time.

School Fees

Morning Session /

Afternoon Session

The monthly fee is HK$6500

Whole-day Session

The monthly fee is HK$11,000 and Meal expenses is HK1,000(per month)

Remark:

School fes for Pre-Nursery classes should be paid in 11 equal instalemtns.
School fees for Nursery, Lower and Upper classes should be paid in 12 equal instalments.

Please download, print and complete the application form and attach the following:

Two recent photos of your child (exclude the one stuck on the application form).
A copy of your child’s birth certificate . If your child is not a permanent resident of Hong Kong, please attach a copy of the visa / entry permit on his/ her passport issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

4 self-addressed envelope (4.5″ x 9.5″) with HK $2.0 stamped.
1 self-addressed big envelope (6″ x 9.5″) with HK $5.0 stamped.
The application fee is HK $40 which is non-refundable.
Please send us the fee by cheque made payable to ‘Sophie Kindergarten’, with your child’s name, the class applied for and your contact number written on the back of the cheque.
